Chances of getting into these schools?

Will getting a c ruin my chances at these schools?

  • i got a c in algebra 2 second semester as a sophomore but As and Bs in the rest of my classes. usually i get straight As but this year was just all bad (just a lot of emotional and family problems) and by the time i picked myself back up i fell so far behind in math it was hard to catch back up. but im taking 4 APs plus other advanced classes next year and im a 3 sport athlete on top of other extra curriculars and volunteer hours. i cant say what my SATs are guna be because i take them in october but even if i do good next year in my classes is the c going to ruin my chances at these schools:? UCLA** UCSD Stanford** Columbia & USC?? Thanks in advance!!
