Is it possible for me to transfer into UPENN or Stanford with these stats?

i really want to apply to wharton school of business at UPENN and I am not taking any honours/AP/IB but i have ran my own business was on many school teams a lot of community hours 2300+SAT scores my unweighted gpa: 4.00 Weighted gpa: 4 i ranked in the top 5 percent of my grade and after attending U of T in Canada and being one of the top 5 students is there a good chance for me to get into UPENN or stanford???
