What are good 7th grade science fair projects?

figure out the evaporation rate of different liquids, by putting an equal amount of each liquid in separate containers and then measure the amount of time it takes for those liquids to evaporate. or calculate the amount of carbonation in the standard can of soda. weigh an unopened can of soda then open it and let it sit out long enough for it to become flat then weigh it again the difference in weight is the amount of carbonation. To take it even further you can then calculate the actual number of molecules of carbon dioxide that were in the can.

Go to your public library. there are books there just on middle school science projects.
