Which one is better-computer engineering or computer science?

Can one study Computer Science Engineering without having done maths or computers at a-levels?

• I studied Journalism BA and Business Masters but throughout my journalism degree, I've always been helping my workmates when it comes to computers. The reason why I never went into computers in the first place is simple, I was just never quick with maths. I studied short courses in webs design as a kid and throughout Journalism and media. I was always best at doing the technical aspects of things (softwares such as adobe, flash and a little html) Teachers tend to tell you to study the subject that you're best in which for me was the arts. But I was pretty damn good at computers though. I feel like I've wasted a large part of my life studying something when I know I could be better paid and more valued if I just took the computers science engineering route. I've got a Masters in Journalism, done four unpaid internships but I haven't earned a cent from it. And I've come to realize that when I do earn money, it'll be for very little pay and wont use my skills. Is it too late change careers into something highly technical like computer science Engineering considering I don't have formal background in computers but one in Journalism? 24 this year
