No, you pretty much sit around and can do everything as long as you're quiet. Mostly you can do homework there, study, read a book, sleep...those things.

You dont get graded for it. At least not at my high school. Im also in 10th grade and we just do our work, its actual a really useful class. There are no required assignments or anything.
