Is there an edited version of Schindler's list?

Is there an edited version of Schindler's list? I am a teacher and am looking for a school appropriate version of Schindler's list. I remember watching one when I was in school but I can't seem to find it anywhere! The issue for the school is not the topic it's the fact that the movie is rated R... we can't get around it. I'm hoping to show it later in March so if anyone has any ideas????? I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!!
