Rules about pda in school?

• okay so pda- public display of affection..... my school is really strict on that. we can kiss (of course) , can hug, cant even hold hands, we TECHNICALLY not supposed to even touch anyone. some of the teachers there are really cool and will let you hug if its kinda quick. some let you hold hands... But theres this one teacher thats a complete dick.. and at the end of the day today, my bestfriend came up to me and gave me a hug. we hugged for like 10 seconds. and the teacher told me to come here. so i go over there and he gets on me about it and tells me to make it quicker next time....now... HERE's where im confused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . it was like 3:04 when we hugged. so it was technically after school hours. and i was tempted to tell him "well idrc cause its after school hours." but i agreed cause i wasnt sure. so.. my question................................... it was after school hours, can he really tell me what i can and cant do? he's a physco. if it was any other teacher, they wouldnt have cared... thanks.
