Are high schools in London free?

    All public schools are free until you turn 18. However i'm not sure on the policy for foreign students, however from what i've seen on the newspapers/television, you should be treated like any other student. That said, unless you live in the posh areas, the public schools in london are pretty bad (although i'm sure the teachers are completely competent).
