How to look like a model from a magazine?

Whatre some books/magazine articles that i can use for a reseaerch paper on body image?

• I have to write a research paper and my topic has two parts: 1.the effects of cultural, religious and medial point of views of beauty and how it shapes ones belief of themself. How tightly are selfworth and ones body/bodyimage related? What must people overcome within themselves and within their societyt to be recognized as beautiful? IOf one doesn't look like a typical model, are the forced to live with struggles coming from both innerself conflicts as well as outside sources? you get the idea... 2.the monument of our heart's clothing line. Their purpose, goal, aspirations, ideas, past, how they got to be, etc. If you know of any books, magazine articles, or websites that would be good for either aspect of this paper please help!
