Any advancement in science or machinery to improve life, or make it easier or more enjoyable can be considered technology. Technology is inplace in every aspect of our lives; in the construction of our sky scrapers, in the medicines we take, even in the food we eat. Technology isn't just mechanical, but also agricultural, economic, and any other advancement that has been made as a result of knowlege.
