Can you help with this Business Finance homework?

Business math homework help please?

i have tried to call the school and get help with this and they put you on hold for an hour and no one picks up the phone and i don't have a teacher or tutor to help me with this and this is the last exam i have to do to graduate and they keep sending this one back to me because i don't understand how to do this FIT thing using the percentage and wage bracket system i do exactly what the book says and then send them in and they keep saying im doing them wrong and i follow my instructors comments and they still say im wrong can someone please explain how to find a persons fit using the percentage and wage bracket system? i am not trying to cheat just trying to get some help so i can graduate i have even looked online and searched to see if there were any explanations on the web showing how to do this and there is none thank you
