Try picking your arguments then the thesis should come from them. For instance, legalizing weed is good because it can.... be used as medicine, reduce the power of illegal and dangerous gangs, we'll save money on prosecution and deterrence, can tax it to make money, the jails will be much emptier, and hemp can be grown separately for many many other uses as it was back in the early 1900s before it became illegal. Also, depending on what source you look at, weed is 'safer' than cigarettes or alcohol. But that's still heavily debated. I'd just say that the positive effects of the legalization of marijuana outweigh negative ones, and those positive effects can be seen in these areas....
