What is the difference between forensic chemistry, forensic biology, and forensic science?

What is a good idea for a science project that incorporates biology, chemistry and physics?

  • for my my project, i need to do a science experiment that incorporates all three sciences. We have to three labs, one that biology, one that chemistry and one thats physcis. however, they all have to be under the same general theme. an example of one of our ideas is: makes a grass structure biology-testing the plants chemistry-testing the right kind of cleaning supplies physics-what forces are involved however, we would like to find something more interesting. if you could answer this by today, it would REALLY be appreciated! Thank you!

Personally I would suggest doing something along the lines of atoms and mass. Maybe something like chemicals (chemistry) that you can grow plants (biology) in with different types of light or radio wave (physics) situations. You could use the scientific method and take different types of plant seeds in different types of chemicals under different types of light. your constant could be a normal seed (of any sort) in just water. I hope this maybe gives you an idea or two. Good Luck.

Rachel, There are several science fair project books at the library. The Dewey Decimal numbers are 507.8. If you spend an hour at the library, you should be able to come up with a great project.
