What is this statue/monument in New York?

My project is do soon HELP.....New York??? What do u know about New York....I need every ones help!?

  • I dnt really have enough time to research anything so can somebody please give me a few answers.......I have to come up with a way to help my classmates remember how New York looks.....So I have to think of a shape but its kind of hard because New York looks very funny. My teacher say South Carolina looks like the Diamond that super man has on his chest with the S inside.....so I have to think of something that looks like New York but I CANT so who knows what I can use.....I also need to know what Popular city or attraction New York is known for.....What time zone is New York in........What Region is New York in.....can somebody please answer the questions that they do know.....and HURRY.....I need every ones help.

    Hi Master Mind. I am not sure I can help you, but I will try. The state of New York looks like an elephant's head with part of his trunk cut off to me. The time zone is Eastern time, and it is probably known for the Twin Towers, and Time Square. I am not sure about regions, but I know it is in the East. I looked on the internet for regions in New York, and it said : Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, Catskills, Hudson Valley, Chautaugua-Allegheny, Niagara, Thousand Islands, Central Leatherstocking, Saratoga-Capital, Long Island, and New York City. Hope some of this helps.

well the guy above me answered most of the questions, but a city new york is known for would be new york city, lol also, i think new york kinda looks like a sideways ax or hammer like the left side is the handle, and the other side is the part you hit stuff with, lol good luck! <3
