Would you create more than one LLC. for rental properties?

why would you need an LLC at all for that? - just creates extra costs and paperwork, tax returns, meetings requirements, etc - you protect yourself by having Landlord and Liability insurance on each property. the loans are still going to be in your personal name using your personal credit - can you even put personal assets like that INTO an LLC?
