How do you reply to feedback left on ebay?

I need some advice, A Ebay buyer from bolivia has left me negitive feedback & threatning to do fraud chargebac?

• I was selling google links on ebay. This is what my auction looked like: http://cgi.ebay.com/75-Google-Adwords-Credit-Coupon-Voucher-/250617890916?cmd=ViewItem&pt=US_Gift_Certificates&hash=item3a59fd8864 When they win, or buy, i send them this link: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/adwordscoupon/?site=tribal&utm_term=italy&utm_source=en-ad-na-online-q110&utm_medium=ad&utm_campaign=en In the auction, i clearly saying they are buying a link, and if google refuses to give them a credit within 10 days, i will refund them. I said its good for every country in the world. One buy from bolivia, paid me, i gave him the link, plus the bonuses, and he said, he wanted his money back or else, i said i gave him the link, i told him to sign up, i emailed him again, and offered to sign up for him, and forward the code when i get it, he then gave me bad feedback, saying i am a liar, and threatning to do a chargeback. How do i get the feedback removed? I kept uip my end of the bargin. What i think happned, is he didnt not read the auction right, expected a code, not a link, and taking a fit, but i am suffering, b.c he did not read it right.
