Would I be able to file unemployment if I make and sell my own jewelry?
-
I've previously exhausted all my UI benefits (total of 99 weeks). I make my own jewelry at home and some of friends and some people through word-of-mouth have bought some of my jewelry. Would I be able to re-open my claim and start a new claim? If I am able to open a new claim, how much would I have to report every week? And would I be able to extend it for 99 weeks? When selling my own jewelry, I don't get to make money every week, but maybe every once or twice a month.
