buy something on ebay (bid on it and win), then pay for it with your paypal account. anything over the amount you have in paypal will be charged to the credit card or bank account you registered with paypal to pay for ebay goods.

That is very easy to do! Just sign in to your ebay account, then click on "My Ebay" when it loads look under your user-name at the top of the page then click on the tab at the top of the page that says "Account". Scroll down to where it says "Your paypal account Information" and click "Link My Paypal Account" then all you have to do is sign into your paypal account and click "allow access" and then you will be able to buy anything or sell anything using your paypal account!
