Trying to find quality tshirts to make my own designs and sell them?

• A friend of Mexico wants to sell tshirts with his own designs, and Im helping him. I need to buy a bunch of quality t-shirts, at a fair price. Just plain white and black tshirts. I also may need a place where they can print the logos. I dont need one of those online websites where you buy customized shirts because it is expensive, and also he is making the logos. He was thinking of putting the logos in Mexico because he thinks is going to be really expensive here, but I want to see if I can find a good place to do it.
