How can I get more customers for my online business?

I have a new business, where do i go to get a legal template contract that i can get customers to sign?

so essentially i have a business where i provide a service to customers. they pay a $100 deposit and then once i complete my service the costomer will ten owe me more money. i want to somehow specify in a variable template contract that i can use with all customers, the reasons on which they will owe me certain monies i the future once i pass certain performance hurdles. customers are willing to sign and i will feel much better about collecting my money then. i am just unsure as where i should go to get this kind of contract written up and also HOW MUCH IT WILL COST ME??????????
