WOBE Certification. What is the best path to take to get certified? (Woman Owned Business Enterprise)?

I’m starting a Logistics Company and I am going to get Certified as a WOBE but I’m hitting a wall when it comes to actually getting certified. I’m finding MANY companies that claim they will certify me if I pay but I was told there is an official program that you can go through, run by the Feds. Can anyone help me figure out what direction is best to become certified? I know about the Women’s Business Center of the SBA but I want to go in with all my ducks in a row. I’m writing my business plan and trying to get everything laid out so I don’t go in sounding ridiculous. I already have a client lined up and have a number of potential clients but I can’t sign them on until I get certified. Thanks for any information you can provide!
