I want to start my own game website how to start as i have no idea?

I also have webspace through e-commerce that i recently purchased, and I have decided on my game genere, and exactly how I want it. My thing is I know this is not easy doing alone, and what I am looking for is somebody who has a more advanced knowledge of creating flash games. Basically what I am saying is I need is a partner (with this experience). Let me know
