How to make free internet radio station?

I would love to start a radio station after College, how do I start?

• FIRST OFF YES, I know the field of Radio Business is not in high demand and it is hard to get a job much less start a station. And it probably cost like 50,000 bucks to get a license. Yeah, I know :P. But putting that aside, I need a general over view of how I can make this happen. Can anybody please fill me in, and make it simple please. I know of the FCC already to (Also, maybe I could professionally own an internet Radio since FM is not as popular. I could do this professionally and It would work out since The Web is world Wide. Actually that works better.) By the way, I plan to host a radio with Music. But mixed genre music. Different hours for different genres, then a mix hour introducing new styles of music to those who would not often hear it. And I know that I wont start there. i gotta start somewhere before my dream comes true. So I might need to work at a current station or something eles...blah we all know we don't like doing that but that is the reality. Oh, and don't break my dream and say it is not possible. Let me find that out for my self. A lot of kids my age have no dreams and im blessed to have one as silly as it is, lol.
