Where to get trainings to be a renovation contracter?

Can i get financing for the price of a business and renovation cost?

  • The building is 50,000 can I get a loan for 150000 thru the sba or somewhere? I saw they did loans for 10-15 years. I qualify for the rural and veteran. I wouldn't really need 150,000 but I would like to put solar panels on top of the building to keep utilities down or maybe even make money off of it too. The building is 12,000 sq ft and I plan to rent out aportion of it. Anyways I've been told you can't get a loan for over the amt of what the property is worth, but they do it for houses so why couldn't you for a business?

    As long as you have 30% of the costs coming out of your own pockets and you can PROVE you have sufficient cash flows to afford the loan...it should be no big deal. No they do NOT do 100%+ LTV loans for homes.

YEAH IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO LOAN YOU MONEY

for a commercial property you would need at least a 20% down payment and getting anything beyond the the price of teh property for reno will be tough without a lot of other income and collateral being a vet doesn't count for much with commercial properties
