Where can i post my items i want to sell at?

I sell on e-bay and want to ditch pay-pal and open a merchant account with my bank how much does this cost?

I hate paypal they want me to ship out items with my money and wont give me my money until 3 days after the item arrives it's obviously a scam from paypal to collect more interest. All a buyer has to do is say they never got it regardless of Post office tracking and they will screw me the seller. Now with a merchant account from my bank im in control no 21 day payment holds. So my question is how much to start this is it expensive or worth it compared to pay-pay?
