How to ship things I sold on eBay?

Sold item on ebay, buyer has not paid per auction rules..?

  • Sold item on ebay.. small amount less than $20. On all my auctions I require payment within 2 days, I'm selling things in groups and I like to get them all out on the same day, it makes things easier and transactions are smoother.. so buyer did not pay, it's been 4 days, no reply from them, I've sent an invoice and a mail stating that I was taking other items (ended @ same time) to PO on Monday and would appreciate payment by then so I could mail the package out. Today is day 4, no reply, nothing, I'm going out of town for the holiday on Thursday and I'm not going out of my way to mail something until I get back (Monday). Should I send another message? It's pissing me off they bid on my item and didn't pay when auction asked.. would be different if I had heard anything.. would it be too much if I just told them I would be out of town and package won't ship until Monday unless payment is received today?

    Report the buyer to eBay! They will terminate the account and possibly give you the money.

Don't send the items until you get payment. Either they are sticklers and aren't going to pay you and are hoping that you'll send them the stuff for free, or something came up and now they just don't have the cash. If they really want the items then they will contact you. And if not, I've never sold anything on e-bay (but I have sold online) so I don't know if it's difficult or not, then you'll just have to put the items back up for auction.
