How do you file a complaint to Disneyland?

I file a complaint and I was supposed to file an unswer what I can do now?

• 1. I submitted a petition to District 02-3-04 court Lancaster County Magisterial District in Quarryville PA, against (sue) a construction company for $; in this case I was the “plaintiff”. The construction company became to be the “defendant” 2. The construction company sue me back for $, after they received my sued paper from court, in this case they became “plaintiff”, with the same Docket number as my. In this case I became to be the “defendant”. 3. The construction companies win. 4. I appeal the Judge from the Magisterial District decision in Lancaster County Prothonotary Civil Court in PA. I file this appeal as a plaintiff and now the court is telling me that I was supposed to file my appeal as a defendant. I file a COMPLAINT but I understand that I was supposing file a answer. I sent (served) my complaint and court paper to Judge Stuart, and Construction Company as well by certified mail. The dead line to respond my complaint was 10/17/2011, but the construction company did not respond to my complaint. Questions: 1- I lose the opportunity to appeal because I file a Complaint and not a Answer in the County of Lancaster Office of Prothonotary ? 2- The other party (Construction Company) maybe did not answer my complaint because I file my appeal wrongly? 3- What I really was supposed to fill out at the time of me file the appeal, the COMPLAINT or the ANSWER? I do not know if I am the plaintiff or the defendant for this appeal. Do I need to do the complaint or the answer? 4- What I can do in this case NOW? 5- I can send a notice reminding other party that he must file an answer with 10 days notice, to default judgment?
