What is the best cellular company to start a new business with?

Business partner trying to steal idea and start new company...?

  • If someone went into business with a 50/50 partner based on an idea one party disclosed to the other, what rights do they have if the other party attempts to take the idea and start a new company? What if the idea was disclosed to an outside person without consent of the idea-generator? The business idea may be gone, but is there anything the originator can do?

  • Answer:

Patent your idea before you start your business. Have your partner and anyone else involved to sign a contract saying they won't steal your ideas. If they do, take it to court. You will win. You have it patented.
