Talking to potential customers for my small business?

Do they have a school where you can start a business without dealing with people or customers?

• I thinking about making money online or starting a business without dealing with people or customers a guy call me on the phone and say what I need to accomplish my goal is marketing, time and money he say that I have to pay for my education the tools and etc. he talking about how Donald Truck and Bill Gates how they take out a loan to start their own business and pay them back when they open a business with the loans and they not going to use they own money. He say I will have a coach to show me how to sell products. I thought of that I want to know they have a school for that and what the name of the business I don't want to be own boss but I would like to work with a partner.
