Shipping an item on ebay to Canada?

  • I'm new to Ebay and am selling a shirt. It has a lot of bids, but someone who keeps bidding asked how much shipping was to Canada. I'm in the U.S. and wasn't planning on shipping to Canada, but being new to Ebay I never thought to list that in the item description. Shipping to Canada cost $7 more than what I have listed as the shipping price. Is there anything I can do so that if I sell to this bidder I won't loose my money on shipping? Even if they are willing to pay the extra shipping, how would I go about changing the shipping for Canada? Uhhh this is more work than I anticipated. lol Thanks

    It all depends where you are from. I'm from Minnesota and I ship products to Canada everyday. Small boxes cost anywhere from 25-30 dollars and large boxes can cost up to $150.

go to USPS.com.. and calculate shipping cost... dont put in a box, a bag is fine. The smaller and light weight the package is, the less its gonna cost.
