Anyone got any tips I can use to make my website better? What is it lacking?

    First, you need to re think your website. Honestly, it sucks. No offense, but just by the amateurs look, would be very hesitant to order anything. Here are a few tweaks that I would do: 1. Remove Google ads... all of them. 2. Change the color scheme. Looks a like Halloween costume shop. 3. Keep in mind who you are talking to. I'm assuming most of your customers are women, post some testimonials of current customers. 4. Keep the fonts sizes and colors consistent. 5. Describe the benefits of what you do, not technicalities. Most of your customers don't know or care about video formats. They just the "old thing" put in the "new thing" to preserve the memories. 6. Prioritize your navigation. The most relevant pages to the left. When you've done that, check this video interview with Matt Cutts from Google. Do a search on Google and see what other peoples sites are like that do the same as you. You need more text explaining what you do.
