How do I add my custom shirts to my shop on Cafepress?

I've made a few custom shirts on Cafepress, I just logged in, clicked on 'Create your own shirts', and saved it. However, I've opened up my shop (Non premium), and I can't add it to my store. The only things I can add are plain shirts. Or am I doing it wrong? I go to: -'My account' -'My shops' -[Shop name] (Click on 'Sections/Products') -'Add 1 or more products' And whenever I do this, all I can add to the shop is plain items. (Non-edited T-shirts and plain white hoodies, etcetera)

Ik this has nothing to do with ur question but i want to get braces a) i need them B) they cause me physical pain c) they cause mental pain im called squirrel or chipmunk and school bc of my teeth or rabbit
