How can i get my money back if a pay with paypal?

  • how can i get my money back if a pay with paypal? i bought a ps3 for 345 dollars the guy from i bought it hads a 7 day full refund so the ps3 is not work and is my 2 day having it i wanna send it back so that i can get my full refund back (all my money) how im gonna get my money back??? how do i know he is not gonna rip me off or im gonna send it and he is not gonna give my money back and i pay from paypal?? how do i know he gave me my money back before i send it? help me please

    If you payed through paypal, you should get the refund through paypal. You can make a claim through paypal and they'll investigate and make sure it gets done. Since it's through paypal, and even though he tries to pull a fast one, paypal can withdraw the money from his account. You'll first have to start a dispute and paypal will hear both sides. When you return the item, make sure you keep the receipt of the postage as proof and put a delivery confirmation (maybe with signature to make even more sure he got it) on it so you can present that to paypal if the guy claims you never returned it. Make sure you communicate with the guy that you sent it in time and keep communicating with him as well as saving all of the conversations.
