How can i start a charity?

hi, im 12 years old and i would like to start a charity. i was playing my guitar and stuff, and i was thinking that we dont have enough money for me to become famous. but then i thought about the kids who dream in music and have potential but dont have the instruments or equipment they need to play it for other people. thats why i want to start a charity, and the money will go to buy poor kids who have talent or love music instruments and equipment. im aware that im only 12 and theres loads of papers that have to be in order to start a charity, and that we would have to have members and stuff who make all of the decisions. can you tell me more about that? and also, how would i find out about the kids who im benifiting? should i keep an email for the orginization ad contacy people and orphanages and ask them to email me if they have kids who dream big? im thinking of many names for it but none of them seem too catchy, what do u think? i also think this is a good oppurtunity because to raise money i could have talent shows, and that would help me get my songs out there. can u please tell me the basic things i need to do, how i would find the kids, and what i should name it? thank you so much.
