Ebay problem: how to get my money back or?

  • how do i get my money back or the size i want? i bought a shoes 3 months ago which was a little big for me so i contacted the seller telling them that i am returning it and they can either send my money back or send the right shoe size. they said that i can send it back which i have but have not recvived anything back from them. however i have tried to contact the seller many times (left him about 15 messages), have got no replys and has been a month already.     You have to put up a claim with PayPal. There's a certain number of days that the claim has to be made after the purchase. 3 months later might be a bit too long but it never hurts to try. G'Luck!!! Btw, never judge ppl by the way they look. You'll meet all sorts in this little crazy world of ours.

You have to put up a claim with PayPal. There's a certain number of days that the claim has to be made after the purchase. 3 months later might be a bit too long but it never hurts to try. G'Luck!!! Btw, never judge ppl by the way they look. You'll meet all sorts in this little crazy world of ours.

You have 45 days to make a Paypal claim; however If you didn't send the item back trackable you will lose any Paypal claim. You are out of time now- even for feedback The Seller knows this and will not respond hoping you will go away. Pull their details and keep phoning them-let them know you will not quit.
