Professional website builders for a business that are not drag and drop.?

  • hello, i am looking for a website builder that is not a drag and drop like all the ones i am finding. I am thinking to get a very professional custom website i am going to have to use notepad and photoshop. I am not just looking for a simple web builder, i need a very professional builder for a business' website that will not make a customer not look through the website because it does not look professionally made, I need all the bells a whistles like a flash pictures, gallery, and to have forums, store cart, everything and whatnot but also make sure that the website is fast to load. Basically my business is for making video games and the website i am going to use for a example i know it may be advanced or something but please tell me how i can get a website like this (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/index.html). Thanks and sorry for ignorance.
