Can i watch my neighbors kid without a license in MA?

I live in MA and have been a outstanding nanny for many years, but the family i was currently working with just found out they are being laid off of their jobs, :( so i am no longer needed. My aunt approached me when she found this out, and asked if i would be willing to watch her newborn daughter when she returns to work in a few months. My good friend/neighbors provider is moving, and when she heard i would be working from my house she wanted to know if i would also watch her daughter. Her daughter is 2 years old, the same age as my son and they are 2 peas in a pod. But my question would be am i allowed to watch that many kids in my home. I know you are allowed to watch family, so i could watch my niece, but i am unsure about my neighbors child. I have been looking for the answers on line, but all i can find is license requirements.

Im pretty confident you are. where I live you can only have 4 kids under the age of 7besides in the house without taking a course or getting a license. :)
