How can i sell on ebay or craigslist if...?

With Ebay you can buy or sell there with out some type of card... You need a credit card with paypal, or you can link paypal to your bank account.... As far as craigslist goes, all transactions on craigslist are made either in person or with money order, or checks (if youre stupid). Craigslist has no electronic payment system.
