How can I start a business?

• I'm 12 and I need to make some money. I don't want to mow lawns or anything like that but I'm really good with computers.i was thinking I could like start a computer repair business or something. I'm pretty good I built my own computer a few years ago and I've don't all the debugging and upgrading and fixing. I can also do like network setup and cirus removal and all that stuff. My parents say I'm good enough to start a business too. But I'm not old enough to work so how do I go about this? None of my friends will pay me and Ive already done all the work for relatives I can. I really need extra money so how should i go about this? Can I like have an online business under my parents name
