Where can a I find a quality business mentor in the cosmetics, salon and spa industry?

As a small business owner I would really like the guidance and feedback from a qualified business mentor. I tried micromentor.org and it did not work, I never received a response and it appears well over half the mentor profiles on there are non-active. Any good sources that any of you can suggest are welcome, I am even willing to pay for the proper expertise and wisdom of a good mentor.
