How to start a food wholesale business?

  • I currently own a Indian food and grocery wholesale business however recently I've hit a bit of a rough patch. I am trying to expand and I was wondering if you can help me with the problems I've been running into: 1) I am having trouble getting customers to pay me? what can I do? 2) I also have a full time job so I was wondering if anyone knows of any company that would deliver pallets of product to local customers for me? 3) lastly, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a online website on my inventory where customers would also be able to place their orders? Any help you can provide me will be truly appreciated. Thank you.
