Can I deposit a check with a different name but same address? (business check)?

I have a business account but the payee made the check out to the product name and not the business name. The address is the same since they mailed the check to me. Can I still deposit the check into my business account even though it has the product name and not my business name as the person its made out to? Thank you Yahoo Answers helpers!

Deposit it through a diffirent banks ATM. The bank is required to deposit it and will likely not question the transaction.
The best thing for you to do is to call your bank that you have your bussiness account at, or personal account, which ever one you want to deposit it to. They will tell you what is best to do.
