How would I start a website with ads in it?

How to make/start a informational website that can allow ads?

• Hello i am looking to make a website but i need a push in the right direction to get started. Basically what i am looking for is some kind of site that i believe is called a host, that supplies the space and some way to make the website, i also need is a Forum type of area as well for visitors to leave comments and add info. I understand this will probably cost a fee which is fine and i understand buying the address will probably also cost money, which again is also fine. I dont need one of those get rich quick or FREE web builders. I am wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for a place to go. This would not be a site to buy stuff but i have seen sites like Ecrater and Prostores so im sure there must be something out there to make a informational site. Also if there is some way companies could put there ads into the site that would be a plus but obviously that would be a later step, so that companies with related products could advertise.
