Answer:
First stop aiming low and think big. 1. Create courses using your skill. You can create photoshop courses. And sell them online. 2. Attract your prospects online with free videos on how to. Videos, content to help your future customers. Then lead them to the full course. Read my blog, in fact let me show you what a graphic designer did and I make more money than top gun designers. Stuff working in a job and doing work for $30. You can make more than this with your skill. 3. Wordpress.org is free. Download it and start creating your own blog showing your skills, and have contact details.

I have a window open to your site...quick observation, lose the "today" tag unless you are highlighting a recent customer job you've completed. It keeps your site from being dated - meaning, it may be 2009 now but the years roll on and you want to draw potential clients in by showing you're here to stay. Delete "future", your potential clients don't care what you plan in the future - they want to know why they should choose you and what can you do for them today! Shorten the text on each link and put in samples of your work. People are used to graphic designers giving them a "taste" of what they do. Now about the traffic. Have you joined any business forums? Join some, asap! Start interacting with people who are your colleagues and those who may be looking to hire someone to do their graphics. Contacting you simply because the form is on the site isn't going to happen, as you've found out. Give people a reason to contact you. Don't jump on Twitter or Myspace to increase traffic until you at least consider the suggestions above. While you redesign your site, start making relevant posts to the forums. Let people get to know you and don't go in there promoting your site. Put your site link in your signature and if someone asks what you do, you can then share your business services but please, don't overdo it or you'll be in the same boat this time next year.
