Is Buy N Large a real company?

I want to create a company in USA. I have a real estate agency in Poland. I want to buy a real estate in MIAMI?

  • Hello, I have some questions, I hope that You can help me. I have a company in Poland which is a real estate office, so I have a licence an I am and licenced real estate agent, I sell, buy, rent properties. I also do have CCIM Instiute certificate, so I am member of REALTOR (i think so, because I do have CCIM). I want to buy 3 or 4 real estates in south beach, but as a two person company, because later I want to rent those properties and have income, so also I will pay taxes. I would like to talk with somebody who can tell me how can I have, create a two person company in USA which will for example : renovate property- so buying all articles on company, renting real estate - so i will have income. What kind of taxes I need to pay?? I need also to stay for a longer time in USA to take care of those properties, what I need to do to stay legaly, to have a business which is not employing US citizen, just me and my son. II do have a tourist B1/B2 Visa. May I create this company having this Visa, or I need to get another one.Is it possible to open some kind of branch business, a polish-american company, because just like I wrote You, I do have a company in Poland. I want to have a registered company, as a foreigner, which pay taxes, have income, which is renting properties. With who should I talk about that?? Thank You very much Greatings from Poland

    Maybe u can consider franchising or leasing ur company in the states and let them pay u every year or every six months to save headache.
