Please help me this is an urgent question (kind of long but please)?????!?

As you explain most of these lumps are palpable and painless, suggesting they are not cancerous, Lymphnodes often become inflamed post colds, flus and other infections and can remains inflamed sometimes forever. I have a lymphnode just below my ear that is palpable but feels hard that my doctor told me would probably stay there forever. if your can move these lumps from side to side this is also a positive sign. If you feel very worried I would go back and see your doctor again to have all of them checked just to put your mind at rest. As you have had them for a very long time I would expect you would have had other symptoms of lymphoma is you did actually have it, these include, night sweats, severe abdominal pain, fevers, extreme weight loss, frequent and long lasting infections, itchy skin and breathlessness. If going to see your doctor will make you feel more at rest this is Absolutely fine to do, doctors much prefer you go and see them and it be nothing than not going to see them and it being discovered it is something major. From what you have described these lumps do not sounds like they are cancerous but checking with a doctor for yourself would be a good option to settle your mind.
