Cervical cancer is unlikely at your age, unless you have been sexually active for several years already. Your cervix is inside your vagina at the neck of your uterus. If you get HPV or genital warts, then this can lead to cervical cancer in some women. A yeast infection is just that. Unwanted yeast growing in an area you don't want it, in this case your vagina. Yeast infections happen when a specific form of yeast is introduced to an area where it can grow well. Vaginal yeast infections can occur following sexual intercourse, petting or even after wiping from back to front rather than front to back after going to the toilet. The yeast is commonly found in our colon, so wiping the wrong way spreads it to areas you don't want it. There are creams to treat it, but unless you are sure this is what it is, then they are useless. See a Dr and get it checked, or at least talk to your mother or school nurse. And maybe listen a bit better in health class than you do in english?

Well first off cervical cancer results from HPV(Human Papillomavirus). It is only transmitted through sex... so have you had sex? And a yeast infection... well it causes burning, itching, and if you scratch it can also cause swelling. A yeast infection also involves at times discharge of a yellow white that looks something like icky powdered cheese. You can go to a pharmacy, like walgreens or CVS and find creams for this, or something you insert to wipe out the yeast infection. You can do either, anyhow hope I helped!
