Can I use Fujifilm Instax film on Polaroid 300?

Should I buy the Fujifilm Instax 210 or Polaroid 300?

  • This is the Fujifilm Instax 210: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41pgacElZHL._SL500_AA300_.jpg And this is the Polaroid 300: http://c22365.r65.cf1.rackcdn.com/uploads/products/digital_cameras/PIC-300/Blue/PNGs/Front_Left.png Apparently the Polaroid 300 and the Fujifilm Instax Mini 7S are the same. Pictures taken on the Fujifilm 210 are larger than on the Polaroid 300 BUT it's easy to get film for the Polaroid 300 as you can use film for the Fujifilm 7S.

  • Answer:

First you should check whether you would like the size of the mini print. Mini film is exactly the same size as a credit card, including the border, and when people see it, a lot of them are surprised at how small it actually is. That being said, if you like the Mini film, spend the extra money and look for an Instax Mini 25, which has automatic exposure. That way, you don't have to worry about spoiling your shots by miscalculating the light.
