Had court today in porter county indiana (valpo) clerk told me wrong court date time! was today at 130 t?

valparaiso indian porter county court house .. this qyestion is for people who like points know the law/court andlive in indiana or porter county indiana or just has knowledge :) question... about 1 month ago got arrested sent to porter county jail.got charged with minor comsumption of alcohol and minor possession. I am 20 so its not big deal you know basicallly was with ex bf from looooong ago he was drunk when he picked me up had 5 beers.and went to movies/out to eat and got pulled over he had book back full of empty beer cans and I only had 2 beers but still I'm 20 so anything above 0.0 is illegal .-. so that's why I have this court day today I bonded out of jail for 300$ I was their 2 days for m.c.a and possession. first time in jail in porter county went into court house like 2 weeks ago asked for her to write down my court date and time she put 4/3/12 7:30 pm I called the court house like 3 and asked do I need my drivers license and they said court date. was at 1:30! and I missed it. I was told 730 and am sitting here just waitingits like 5 now. I got paper still that she wrote on says my court date time is 730. so does this mean I have a warrwant?for my arrest.iknow if u skipp court for like 2 months the cops come looking for you.so i f I'm only about 6_7 hours off my court date .show up on ownand its the clerks fault wull they arrest me DO JI HAVE WARRANT? WILL I G TO JAIL AT 730? how much can I get back for 300 bond I got like 200 or so when bonded out at 500 before :) thank you all first best answere gets u all points/stars

Yes, there could be a bench warrant issued as you failed to show up on time to court. You will need to call the court house and see if you can see the judge tomorrow as you had your time wrong. Once in front of the judge explain what happened and bring your paper

you probably have to pay a fee to get your warrant revoked. Go to court early in the morning (they close at 4pm, idiot) TOMORROW and talk to a judge and they will tell you what to do.
