Can you rent a state park in Connecticut?

Towing allowed from apt complex from a space that does not state whether or not I can park there?

• It's a little dirt area besides a dumpster, does not state whether or not people can park there. my car was towed and i paid $300 dollars to the tow company. people park there all the time and manager says first tow was a few months ago and she claimed fault and says shes at fault that a sign has yet to be put up. offered to refund half the money towards my rent but i want it paid in full. any opinions?

  I think it would be fair for the manager to refund the total amount that you paid to the towing company. However, I don't know if you will be able to collect should she be unwilling to do that. You could talk with the owner about it. You don't mention who called the towing company. If the manager herself called, you should certainly get your money back. If some other tenant called, you might want to talk with him or her. Maybe that person should pay the other half. People should not be calling the towing company to remove vehicles from property they don't own.
